- How can I get Receipts for my Orders?
Just click here Order History to go to your Order History in the "My Account" section of our web site. Click on the Order Number for the order you are interested in, and then just click "Print Receipt" button.
- How can I see my Upcoming Orders?
Just click here Upcoming Orders to go to your "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section of our web site and view your upcoming orders. You may also select Order History from the pop-up list of reports to see your past orders.
- I've forgotten my password. How can I get it?
Click here Request Password and provide the email address that you use to sign on to Vmeals. Your password will be sent to you within a minute or two. You must provide the email address you use to sign on to Vmeals; for security purposes we will not send your password to any other email address.
- Can I set up a billing account with Vmeals?
The easiest and most efficient way to pay for your Vmeals' orders is with a credit card. However, if you would like to be considered for on-account transactions please click here to download our Credit Application and simply email or fax the completed application back to us. Please note that approval process requires 3-5 business days, and that your order is not confirmed until payment is arranged. If your order delivery date is within 5 business days, please use a credit card for payment.
- How can I change my order after it has been confirmed?
Your order is confirmed when it is paid for - whether by credit card, on account, or by e-check - and the order is then transmitted to the food provider. Order changes made after this point must be made through Vmeals' Customer Service so that the changes can be properly communicated to and confirmed with your provider. Customer Service can be reached either via email or the phone numbers listed at the top of this page.
